León, Guanajuato, May 2025 — The wait is over for wine lovers in Mexico: Tinto Bajío is back, and this year it’s celebrating its 10th anniversary with a vibrant new edition set in the stunning gardens of Academia Renacimiento and Trinitate Philharmonia, in the outskirts of León.
On May 17 and 18, this iconic festival will once again bring together the best of Mexican wine, gourmet cuisine, and live music in a two-day celebration that has become a summer tradition for wine enthusiasts across the country.
More than 30 wineries from different Mexican wine regions will showcase over 200 labels, offering visitors the chance to sample new vintages, compare favorite bottles, and chat directly with winemakers and sommeliers during guided tastings and interactive sessions.
True to its spirit, Tinto Bajío also shines as a gastronomic showcase. Participating restaurants such as Argentilia, La Vaka, Frascati, Sato, and Sushi Tai will serve signature dishes to pair with the wines. Visitors will also find gourmet and artisanal products, including cheeses, breads, sauces, and handcrafted accessories.
The experience will be elevated with live performances, including a special concert by the Trinitate Philharmonic Orchestra on Sunday—a musical moment that promises to enchant guests in the picturesque garden setting.
Designed for families and friends alike, the festival includes a children’s area with professional staff, safe and convenient transportation options, and a designated taxi zone, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all.
General admission includes a crystal wine glass, wine holder, and unlimited tastings. For a more luxurious experience, VIP tickets offer reserved seating, a la carte service, and priority access to the most exclusive tastings.
After ten years, Tinto Bajío remains much more than a wine fair—it’s a celebration of culture, flavor, and the growing excellence of Mexican wine. This is your chance to raise a glass to a decade of unforgettable moments in Guanajuato’s wine capital.
